This also includes having co-authored two programs for the Schulich Executive Development Center (SEC) at York University that include The Certificate in Marketing and Selling Wealth Management Services and The Certified Wealth Manager. Today, Richard continues to lecture regularly on performance, resilience and strategy.

His latest book titled “Performance Psychology” (2016) was authored along with David Todd with a foreword written by The Undisputed Heavyweight Boxing Champion of The World Mike Tyson and afterword by NBA two-time Champion Juwan Howard of the Miami Heat. Richard will be releasing his newest title “Executive-Performance (Leadership)” in 2017.
